After eight incredible years in Chicago’s West Loop, we have made the bittersweet decision to close the doors of Proxi.

Our final night of service was December 31, 2025.

This was an incredibly difficult decision, but we believe it’s the right time to bring this beautiful chapter to a close.

We are so deeply grateful for the support you’ve shown us over the years. You, our guests, made Proxi vibrant. Thank you, from the deepest part of our hearts, for allowing us to cook for you for nearly a decade.
