Originally crafted for Proxi’s anniversary week, our Japanese-inspired Chef’s Prix Fixe menu quickly became a guest favorite, so much so that we couldn’t let it go.

This curated experience blends the elegance of Japanese culinary tradition with Proxi’s signature coastal Asian style, highlighting pristine ingredients, refined technique, and vibrant seasonal flavors. Each course is designed to flow seamlessly into the next, offering a journey that’s both comforting and adventurous.

Join us for a one-weekend-only activation with Del Maguey and choose from three different specialty cocktails like the Smoked Summer Squash Daiquiri, Mezcal Espresso Martini, or the Ube Oaxacan Old Fashioned or enjoy three specialty 1 oz pours of various a Del Maguey styles in a specialty flight.

From hidden gems to cult favorites, these bottles are hand-selected and thoughtfully priced at $50 each, ready to be discovered by discerning palates.
