If you are running late to your reservation, you can use the same number on the existing reservation or the number we texted you a confirmation to text us that you are running late. You can also email us at info@proxichicago.com. Just so you know, we only hold reservations for 15 minutes before offering the reservation to guests on our waitlist.

We offer a curated wine list to complement our menu. Guests are welcome to bring a special bottle with a $45 corkage fee per 750 ml, limited to two bottles per table. Our sommeliers are happy to assist with pairings

We allow one cake per reservation. Please note that a cake-cutting and serving fee will be added to your final bill, regardless of whether our staff cuts/serves the cake or not.

Parties of 6 people or more will get an automatic 20% service fee added to the final bill. Please let us know if you would like us to remove it and leave a custom gratuity instead.

While we encourage guests to share dishes in the spirit of tradition, sharing is always optional. Just like meals at home, this allows everyone to experience the full range of flavors and textures from our kitchen. Please note, dishes are served as they are ready

In most cases, yes. Several of our dishes can be prepared vegetarian or gluten-friendly upon request, and we are able to accommodate the most common allergens. Please inform our service team of any allergies upon arrival, and we will gladly work with our culinary team to ensure your experience is both safe and enjoyable.

Reservations can be made directly through our website and are highly encouraged, especially for peak hours. We accept reservations up to 30 days in advance.
For parties of more than 10, please email us or call us at (312) 466-1950 during non-peak hours (2:30–5:00 PM) to make special arrangements.
We also welcome a limited number of walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis.

While dogs are not allowed inside our restaurants under local and state health codes, service animals are welcome to join you. Emotional support dogs are not considered service animals under the ADA. They may be trained for a specific owner, but they are not trained for specific tasks or duties to aid a person with a disability, and this is the main difference between emotional support and service animals.

Our dress code is “business-casual”, but we encourage our guests to come as they are most comfortable.

Street parking is often available in our neighborhood. Proxi does not offer valet parking this time.
